In the past, the main PITA with Armoury Crate was getting every remnant of it off my system once I had installed it. CMO files to a USB drive, then reflash the bios. Worst case scenario, I would export any bios user profiles you are fond of as. Otherwise, what Encore bios are you using? I'm on the latest as of a few days ago and it is working well thus far. I do know that the Encore bios has an option to automatically download Armory Crate and I naturally suspect anything the bios is allowed to download stealth-like so I disable that feature in bios before doing anything. I avoid armoury crate and have for some time but not saying that has anything to do with the issue. If you don't want to pay, don't pay and use something else.Dunno mang. Whining about it on this forum is really uncalled for. If people don't want to buy a license, they are under no obligation to do so. So I bought a license and I am glad I did. So I thought about it and decided that HWINFO was something I wanted to support, not find a way to hack. I have no problem paying for software that is reliable, actively supported, and constantly updated. Also, the support on this forum is excellent. HWINFO is very good at what it does, and keeping it up to date with the latest hardware is not a trivial undertaking. buying a license!! Something I really should have done years ago. It didn't take long (12 hours) for me to run into this limitation. I got the new rig running at about the same time that Martin decided to limit shared memory access to 12 hours in the free version of his program. I never even used shared memory access until I built a new rig with Aquacomputer hardware controlled by Aquasuite, based on data imported from HWINFO.
